Questions about selling DVDs
How do you decide the offer?+
We price each title against what it sells for today on our own store and marketplaces. Offers change with demand, so scan first — it only takes a second, and not every title gets one.
Is shipping really free?+
Yes. When you complete a batch we issue a prepaid USPS Media Mail label. Print it, tape it on, drop the box at any post office.
Why is there a $10 minimum?+
Media Mail postage is the same for a light box or a heavy one, so small batches don't cover the label. Keep scanning until the total clears the minimum.
How and when do I get paid?+
By PayPal, to the email on your account, usually within two business days of your box arriving. Every item is checked in against your manifest first.
What if an item doesn't pass inspection?+
It isn't paid. We check playback, completeness, and that it's an original retail copy. Because we cover inbound shipping, rejected items are not returned — see the guidelines before you pack.
